Very disappointing experience. The doctor seems more focused on attracting customers by being well dressed than on understanding real skin problems. Patients are treated like experiments, as she does not clearly know which treatment suits which condition. For almost every issue, she recommends only peeling or CO₂ treatment, even when it is unnecessary, and offers no proper alternatives. When results go wrong, she simply says, “You need to absorb the fact,it's not magic” instead of taking responsibility. She also pushes non-selling beauty products claiming she uses them herself, which feels misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend her.Posted on Google Anju SinghTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Within just 30 days l started seeing a difference on my facePosted on Google Sonali SarvaleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I got a Hydra Facial last time, and honestly my skin looked really good after the treatment. My skin felt cleaner, smoother, and more hydrated. The glow stayed for quite a while, and overall my skin looked healthy.Posted on Google Naima InamdarTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started my treatment around two months ago for melasma (about 2 inches wide) with a lot of hope and sincerity. The doctor mentioned that it would take around 5–6 sessions, as melasma doesn’t fade quickly. In the beginning, I spent around ₹4,000–₹4,500 for what was called a peeling session (including products and tablets also)— but honestly, it felt more like a regular cleaning, just like at a salon. I thought maybe it was part of the initial process. They also recommended some essential products which were genuinely good, but quite costly. Later, they told that after the initial phase, only ₹800–₹1500 would be needed for spot treatment. However, the next full-face laser session cost ₹3,000. I didn’t see any visible change — no redness, no tightness, nothing. Then I tried chemical peeling, which actually made my face cleaner and felt effective, but again it cost around ₹2,800–₹3,000. That was my favourite part of a treatment. After 2–3 weeks, I had microneedling, which seemed somewhat helpful. I felt happy thinking the expenses were finally reducing, and I was still positive that my melasma would go away. Then recently I had a CO₂ laser again, but this time, there was no redness, no skin pull, and it was done in just 5–7 minutes. I think the intensity wasn’t strong. May be it varies skin to skin. This time I went only for spot treatment, but again, tablet costs (antioxidant + detox) added another ₹1,400–₹1,500, which was unexpected. Honestly, my goal was only to remove melasma. My skin texture has definitely improved — maybe because of the moisturizers, sunscreens, and glutathione-based night creams or it may be due to treatment. The internal healing might be from the tablets. But even after 4–5 sessions, the melasma has shown hardly 10% improvement. But skin texture in better than previous skin. Now they are saying another 5 sessions might be needed, but I’ve already completed 5. I can’t afford to continue further. The doctor also suggested a blood test, and if any deficiency like B12 or iron is found, that will again add more cost.I know, I may be good for me to check such blood contents and overcome. But all about patience and money. I think, The assistant is talented, but if Dr. had done my treatment, the results would have been even better. Because, no one can beat the expert of his own field. I come from a middle-class family, and now even my family members feel I wasted money for something that didn’t change much. I was very excited and trusted the process fully, but I’m disappointed with the results so far. I thought, Treating with laser, chemical peeling, microniddling, intake of tablets and proper products a melasma will definitely faded up. And It will definitely. But will take too much time. If someone is financially strong and has patience, they can definitely try this clinic — you might get results over time. Dr. Anjali is a very understanding person, and the assistants are also smart and helpful. The doctor mainly recommends, and the assistants perform the treatments carefully. It’s hard to quit mid-way after investing so much, but financially I just can’t continue anymore. I still wish them well — but in my case, the results didn’t meet my expectations within expected time duration. melasma takes more time to go. Whatever you do. Otherwise This clinic is the best in Pimpri-Chinchwad. And I think it's better than another clinic. Pros: Doctor and staff are polite and well-explaining Clinic is clean and professional Products and tablets seem good quality Best treatment for other skin issues. Cons: Treatments are costly (may be similar to other clinic) Effects are very slow for melasma. Melasma is cronic actually. It takes time. Additional expenses keep adding up (products, tablets, tests) Visible improvement was minimal after 5 sessions in melasma
